RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your order. If your order isn’t how you like it, we’ll take care of that for you. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, for refunds back to original form of payment, exchanges or store credit.
Our Conditions:

1. Item must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside this period will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
2. All original tags must remain attached to the item
3. Item must be unworn and returned in original condition.

 To make the process smoother, please make sure to:

• Take a photo if the product is faulty
• Keep proof of purchase

 
For all returns for a refund, there will be a $10 postage fee for the return label. This will be deducted from the refund. We recommend keeping a copy of your in-bound tracking in case something goes wrong in transit.

  

EXCHANGES

We will pay postage both ways (a return postage label will be sent to you) for exchanges so you can purchase your Bula Birdie gear with full confidence.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Once we have notified you of your successful refund, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to send the refund to your account.
