HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT?

Send us an email at support@bulabirdie.com, or swing by our Instagram (@bulabirdie) and send us a message. Please include order # if reaching out about your recent Bula Birdie gear.

The only thing that will make us get back to you on ‘Fiji Time’ is when the team is out on the course rocking Bula Birdie in the afternoon Fijian sun!

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your order. If your order isn’t how you like it, we’ll take care of that for you.

These are your options:
  1. Exchange your item for a new size/style
  2. Return for store credit
  3. Return for a full product refund

Our Conditions:

  1. Item must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside this period will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
  2. All original tags must remain attached to the item
  3. Item must be unworn and returned in original condition.

For returns, we’ll send a label and deduct $10 from the refund to cover the postage fee.
For exchanges, we’ll cover the postage fees both ways!

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Our sizing guide should assist in finding your size. Sizing guides are also available on our product pages. Bula Birdie polos are designed to be an athletic fit and true to size. If you’re still unsure, send us a message at support@bulabirdie.com and we’ll ensure you’re the best dressed person out there.

 

WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE BUTTONS?

Our Bula Birdie polos aren’t your everyday polos, so why should our buttons be either? These are boutique coconut buttons, representative of the many coconut trees we are fortunate to have here in Fiji. Added bonus, they’re sustainable so treat them with care. They’re so good we attach an extra to the polos in case one doesn’t survive a huge bomb of yours.

 

HOW ARE THE POLOS MADE?

We draw inspiration from Fijian culture and art to make fun, elevated designs with local designers. Then, the polos are made right here in Fiji at our boutique factory, employing locals and surrounded by beautiful beaches and coconut trees. Every detail is tropical at it’s core.
 
When you wear Bula Birdie, you are making a massive impact to our local communities and putting a smile on everyone’s faces. We hope you feel our appreciation every time you put your Bula Birdie gear on.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BULA BIRDIE ACCEPT?

We accept Credit Card Payments, PayPal.

 

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment centre so we can get you wearing your Bula Birdie gear as fast as possible. So it may not be possible to adjust or cancel the order once it has been fulfilled.

 
Please email us at support@bulabirdie.com as soon as possible, and we will definitely do our best to get the requested changes or cancellations before fulfillment. We will keep in touch throughout the process with you on your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We’re just as excited to send out your latest Bula Birdie gear. Our team sends out packages within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, delivery times are dependent on the shipping method selected.
 
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
 
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centre in Australia.
Bula Birdie uses Australia Post for all orders.
 
Please note there may be some delays when shipping internationally.
 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with tracking information. If you did not receive this email, please email support@bulabirdie.com


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship within Australia and to New Zealand for now. 

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if you do have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@bulabirdie.com and we will urgently resolve the issue for you. Please include your name, order number and a photo of the issue in your email so we can further assist.

 

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

A Pre-Order item is one that you order before we have it in our fulfillment centre. You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at support@bulabirdie.com.
